We are not your next sales agent. We are not a marketing vendor. We are not a brokerage that added new construction as a side practice. Builder Collective is a purpose-built operation - an agency, designed specifically for builders by people who have been developers, contractors, lenders, and planners themselves - and  it took two decades for the right team to bring this model back to market. Originally formed in 2008 to help home builders through the Great Recession, our pedigree began in the toughest real estate market in modern history.  We had to be creative. We had to be excellent.  We had to create enough value to support ourselves and our builder partners.  And we had to start from scratch.   

 

Our model only works if all parties are confident in thier role, are collaborative, and understand what everyone else is contributing.  It's based on communication, fair dealing, and respect.  We treat you as a Partner in standing, not a counterparty in opposition or just another client - and we expect the same. We carry your brand to the buyer for years past closing. We train agents in the art of selling new construtions (including our competition). We source your next site while we are running your current one. And we only work with a small group of Builder Partners at a time, by deliberate choice.
